Is there a way to get log data from my smart phone running Link (5500FW) using a USB cable to a desktop. Where in the files is the data?
Hello,
If you have a Bluetooth (LiNK) model, you can export the data from the mobile apps and email to an account to view the data. If you want to use a PC or MAC (or don't have Bluetooth model), you could use the data transfer cable: https://kestrelinstruments.com/usb-data-transfer-cable-kestrel-5-series
The data gets exported as a CSV file and would be located in the directory of your choosing. Hope this helps but if you have more questions, please email techsupport@nkhome.com
