NK Sports Trade In, Trade Up Program

Every major NK product (eligible items listed below) has a trade-in value toward a replacement product, no matter its age or condition. Run over your SpeedCoach with your car, gather up the pieces and send them to NK, and we’ll apply a significant discount toward a replacement SpeedCoach.

Three Rules:

1. The trade-in credit for the replaced product must be applied to an item in the same product family of equal or greater value (e.g. trade in a SpeedCoach Gold for a discount on a SpeedCoach GPS 2).
2. Only one trade-in credit can be applied to each purchased item.
3. NK keeps your traded-in item.
4. Trade-ins cannot be used towards products that are currently on sale

If you can’t live without your NK device long enough to send it to us for a discount on a new unit, or you forget to trade in your device when you order the new one, you can still get a credit if you send your trade to us within 30 days. Just place your old item in the same box your new unit comes in, include the original paperwork and write TRADE-IN ORDER ####. We’ll apply the discount to the credit or debit card you used for the original order. Any questions? Email us at info@nkhome.com

How it works:

1. Enter the order number of your new purchase. Your order will not appear in our system until 24 hours after it ships
2. Select which new product you want to apply the trade-in credit towards.
3. For Trade-ins, select EXCHANGE and enter the serial number and model of the unit you are trading in towards.
4. Confirm your shipping address.
5. Choose the option for printing a shipping label.
6. Pay for the label or use your own.
