My unit is not picking up any satellites, what can I do to fix this issue?

  • Firmware version 2.08 includes a satellite icon on the workout screen header that will let you know when you have a satellite lock
  • Make sure you have clear visibility to the sky
  • If you aren’t seeing the icon, go to the Main Menu ->Setup->Advanced->Diagnostics
  • Scroll to the GPS Diagnostics Page
  • Press either the up or down arrow on the GPS Diagnostics page to reset the GPS in the unit.
