Why does my speedcoach turn off after saying low battery, while the battery is 65% charged?

Hello,

Can you please tell me the serial number of your SPC? Also can you tell me the firmware version (found on Main Menu->About->FW)?

I am not sure why it is doing that and will look into how to best resolve this for you.
