Tried every USB connector (Win8.2, USB2 and 3.0), still no connection. Login as Admin is not possible, only as standard user! How to connect?

You will need to use a specific dongle, a Bluegiga BLE Bluetooth dongle (112BLED). If it did not come with the SpeedCoach, you most likely do not have the training pack version. Please contact our German dealer for more information: alex@4row.com
