It sounds like you are doing exactly what you should be doing so I am baffled as to why it isn't changing. Can you let me know the firmware of the SpeedCoach (found in the About menu under FW)?

Also let me know the serial number on the back? Have you had any other issues with the unit? Is there any way you can send me a video showing this? That would be the easiest way to try and troubleshoot it. I haven't hard this complaint before so I really don't know what is going on.
